The signing ceremony of the Declaration of Open Access Networks took place in Athens, where the Mayor of Athens, Mr. Nikitas Kaklamanis and Mr. Hans Tijl, chairman of INEC, signed the document on behalf of all Greek municipalities. Mr Michaelis Tamilos, the mayor of organizing BBC 2008 Trikala was also present.
